Cozrum Lux Hotel

The location is great, close to city centre, very easy to catch either taxi or Grab. Walking distance to many cafes, restaurants in the area. The room is a lot more spacious than I thought, great value for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is near convenient store, restaurants and cafe. It is convenient when I need to buy the things I need. Room is clean, but I can not turn on the lamp. However, everything is fine and I satisfy with what I pay.

I was very impressed when initial time visit here. When I had just get out of car with a lot of luggage under a heavy rain, staff help me to carry them immediately and support me to check-in quickly.

I love how staff in this hotel kindly support me. Especially the security was willing to help me to park me vehicle. Receptionist is cute and support me a lot in checking in.

This branch of Cozrum is not self check-in hotel as another Cozrum homes. Room cleanliness is great that makes me feel comfortable when staying.
